When you first work with Welcome Home Transitions, Wendy Rintoul will make sure she gets to know you, and your needs, so that she can help you achieve your retirement living goals.
During our initial consultation phone, Wendy will ask you a number of questions about what type of challenges you’re looking to overcome.
Once Wendy has gathered some initial information about your needs, there may be a follow-up in person, teleconference or video chat to address more specific questions dealing with timing, budget and options available.
Once Wendy understands your needs, the plan forward will be formalized and payment terms discussed. This will also involve signing a contract for services with Wendy as well as providing a deposit in advance of commencing the engagement.
Throughout the delivery phase, Wendy will keep you abreast of progress. This may involve follow-up calls to discuss questions and/or to seek clarification.
Upon completion, Wendy will follow-up with you to confirm completion status and to discuss any closing related questions you may have. You’ll be expected to provide final payment at this time.
